Q:How is your delivery time?
A:Under normal circumstances, we can deliver regular machines to customers immediately within 7 days. When in stock, for special customized models, the delivery time is about 30-45 days.
Q:Which payment terms can you accept?
A:Normally we can work on the T/T term or L/C term
1. On the T/T term 30% down payment is required in advance, and a 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
2.On L/C terms a 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses from an internationally recognized bank can be accepted, please seek advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
Q:What logistics ways you can work for shipment?

1. For 80% of our shipment, the machine will go by sea, to all remaining areas such as Africa, South America, the Middle East, the ocean southeast Asia, etc, either by container or ro-ro/bulk shipment.
2. For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, etc, we can send machines by road or railway.
