How is your delivery time?
Under normal circumstances, we can deliver regular machines to customers immediately within 7 days. When in stock, for special customized models, the delivery time is about 30-45 days.

Which payment terms can you accept?
Normally we can work on the T/T term or L/C term
1. on the T/T term 30% down payment is required in advance, and a 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients.
2. on L/C terms a 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses from an internationally recognized bank can be accepted, please seek advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.

what logistics ways you can work for shipment?
we can ship construction machinery with various transportation tools
1. for 80% of our shipment, the machine will go by sea, to all remaining areas such as Africa, South America, the Middle East, the ocean southeast Asia, etc, either by container or ro-ro/bulk shipment.
2. For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, etc, we can send machines by road or railway.
3. For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send them by international courier services, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, OR FedEx.
